Update: this review was answered by the exact same generic corporate response I got from T-Mobil, who owns Metro. The responses are probably automatically generated. Funny thing is, I will buy another phone from Metro because they are my carrier; just not from this RUDE store. Since I'm locked in as a customer why should corporate care that these people hate their jobs?I want to buy a new phone at this store, but every time I am in there I get an unhappy MetroPCS representative. I was in the store like 40 minutes ago today, and the dude was cool. He was cordial and helpful. But again, there was another representative, an unfriendly woman. She was sour and unhappy with me. I assure my readers I carry myself well enough. Besides being old and ugly, I showed these people nothing but respect.

Great customer service. Store is always clean and sales representatives are well informed about their products. People that left comments that this store is dirty must have mistaken this store for the one by H.E.B. All ever get is a pleasant shopping experience when I go there. Must try for everyone, you won't be disappointed. One extremely happy customer.

Terrible service phone always busy! Bad customer service one white girl on her phone! Place dirty needs to be cleaned! A bunch of kids with no experience terrible service I had the other day!

I went in to upgrade, spent an hour with me being the only customer. They messed up my transaction. I didn't get the phone upgraded because they couldn't figure things out. Don't waist your time, just call T-Mobile direct.

They my disabled parents went here to get service because it was cheaper and was told they have to buy new phones and couldn't use their paid off iPhones . So the salesman told them that the Samson phone was like the iPhone easy to use ..they can't use them like their iPhone ... she's been complaining past 3 months..she finely was able to make it to the store because my dad been in & out of the the hospital ...& they told her that she have to pay 750.00 on the phones they can't work to trade in for new iPhones they have to pay for . Then we call corporate and they said she had to pay 500.00 ...which is sad because they can't afford that . So be careful and tell everyone how they took advantage of older disabled people!!! Only reason for one star was because I couldn't post a review unless I gave a star .

We are in 2019 where I can look at my grocery store app or website to see if the shampoo I use is in stock. However, call or go to the T-mobile store and you have to wait 10 minutes just to find out if they have anything you want available. If they are busy or forgot when that ten minutes has happened you have to wait another 10. Kind of makes you want to switch companies especially after waiting all that time & they don't even have what you're looking for. Why can't they have their inventory available for them to see any time whether on the computer or written, like the old ways?
