You all have a new employee “Virginia”. She has been extremely rude to me several times and rude to customers in line in front of and behind me. She refuses to look people in the eyes, gives people dirty looks, and has a very snarky attitude. This used to be the only gas station I used in Portland. I won’t be back as long as she is an employee.

Just visited this store to pick up lottery tickets and snacks for the kiddos after driving and traveling for couple hours into town one of our favorite stores to stop at kind of like a tradition, but this time was a bit unpleasant the lady working cashier today 1/9/23 a 5:12pm was kind of unwelcoming a bit rude had a upset face expression whole time. She doesn't realize without us customers and some loyal ones she would not have a job. We will not be stopping here for awhile on our way back home. She needs to be a little more professional and smile instead of looking upset. Thanks E.Guillen

I went in to use the ATM and I asked the teller that I wanted to break my 20s into other change and then I was promptly told that I had a buy something from the store no matter if I spent $2.69 for ATM fees

Horrible service charging people the wrong amount never coming to this store again and the lady in the morning renee very rude and hung up the phone she needs to learn how to have customer service skills because hers sucked

From out of town and I had the best experience at this location. The clerks were very friendly. Such a nice clean store. I will be back EVERYTIME I’m in Portland,Texas.
