“Went to the Portland SSFCU location today and had a fabulous experience. I closed my safe deposit box, got change for my business and had some other matters to ask about. I worked with Kay and she is someone who is nice, goes above and beyond and makes the experience very fun and enjoyable. I have worked with her before and always treats me with respect and makes me feel like she cares about my needs.

Sorry I didn't get the associates name but she was extremely helpful and got what I needed done without having to sit in an office. I was on vacation and lost my bank card.She assured me that all my concerns would not be a problem. She walked me through the steps in the Wells Fargo APP and all was taken care of in a matter of FIVE MINUTES!!ONCE AGAIN,GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE”
