I was recommended here by a friend after a pickup truck driver broke my front grille in a hit and run. The shop was located the next town over, but considered a certified rapid service center through my insurance. The grille was fabricated by myself and the charges I would have made for labor and parts were subtracted from my deduction. The insurance also asked me to send an invoice to get my business paid, but I never sent it. Awesome that they would do that!
All the other blending and refinishing was done expertly at this body shop. It wasn't perfect when I first came to pick my car up, but you can ask for a correction to be made if your vehicle does not appear the same as before the vehicle was damaged. I pointed out the issues and Troy agreed. One day later, I came back for my car and it was perfect! I highly recommend this shop, based on willingness to work with custom parts on vehicles, and work/ service ethic.

Brought my vehicle in after a collision. Whole right side of the car needed repairs. Tim and the team were professional and accommodating. Also, I know they did solid work because 6 months later, the same car was unfortunately hit by another car on the same side, and the new door + rebuild held up and kept us safe. Thank you for all your help.

This repair shop is amazing. They told me that my repair would take about four hours but they were done sooner. After the repair shop I used after my accident did not fix my car properly I took it to these folks and the repair was done correctly and in a timely manner. I would definately recommend this repair shop to everyone. Thanks Folks for the good work you do.

I had a great experience! I was visiting from out of town and wrecked my car. Had it towed to Al Willeford Chevrolet. That’s where Tim and his team went in to action mode. Made my way back home expecting to be out of a car for a while. I was wrong they had my car done in a week!!! Amazing work team! I would recommend anyone to this body shop. I imagine that the sales side is just as good. Keep up the good work!

I had someone with no insurance back into my parked car. I got quotes from 3 body shops.I went to AL Willeford first. Tim immediately helped me--he was a total professional, looked at my car with me, went over exactly what he could do, explained everything to me, gave me options, and told me how long it would take.I went to a second place, a competitor a couple miles away. They said they only do estimates by appointment and made me come in the next day. Then a guy came out and did nothing but take pictures of the damage, warn me that there may be underlying damage that would later increase the price, went back into the office and quoted me a price fully 33% higher than Al Willeford's price. Then I went to Rockport, was told I'd be emailed a quote, and never heard from them again.AL Willeford completed my repair in exactly the amount of time they said they'd do it, and the car looked 100% like it'd never been hit in the first place. I don't think with a magnifying glass you'd have been able to tell. It looks great! And it was a far better experience than I was expecting.I'll recommend them to anyone who needs body work. Their prices are the best, their customer service is the best, and they do a great job. All their work has a lifetime guarantee. If you need work, just get some quotes and you'll be able to tell that this is the place to go. I took my Nissan frontier into Al Williford body shop after it was hit on the driver side while parked. There was damage all the way down that side. The body shop took care of all communication with the paying insurance. They completed the repairs quickly and did an outstanding job. My neighbors have commented on what a great job was done. I would recommend Al Williford collision center to anyone needing this service. Hopefully I won’t need a collision center again. If I do there will be no question as who I take my vehicle to.
