Got greeted as soon as I entered. Had a problem activating my device and Morgan went above and beyond to get me back working. Great customer service and friendly atmosphere.

Had bought a new phone cash in Beaumont. Was in Silsbe and went by Verizon in I have been a customer since before this rude female employee was born . Wanted to know why my blue tooth wouldn't pair. Very rudely told me I should go ask my doctor. I walked out but had to go back in and let her know.manager took up for her. Had I of treated a customer like back in the day at grocery store I would have been fired. Sad what this young generation is coming to. I always that when they get old they will have Heck to pay because it only gets worse. Went by Verizon in Beaumont later and found the problem

The Verizon store in Porter is closed down and emptied. Very unfortunate. I quite enjoyed having one there and it was the only Verizon store I’ve gone to for years.I don’t know why this location is listed as a Silsbee address, as the marker for it is actually in Porter.

I am in process of relocating back to the US and unfortunately, my beloved Note 9 is not supported here. I had the pleasure of Jasmine helping me to find a new phone, plan and working through my personal preferences to find a new device right for me. She was top customer service and a jewel of a person.

Jasmine was very helpful and patient and help me get through the process of changing from AT&t to Verizon. I told her I wasn't the fastest app guy but I'm pretty good on a laptop. If I need to go to a Verizon store in the future I will go back to that one.

This location has the worst customer service of any Verizon store I have ever been to. I went there a couple of times with problems but they acted like I was bothering them and did not help fix the issues. I went to OTHER Verizon stores and they were polite and professional and fixed the problems quickly.

After driving to 2 other stores and getting no help it was a relief to find above and beyond service at Verizon in Porter.....I was in and out within 20 minutes set up with a new phone to replace the phone that had been damaged in freak accident.Very helpful and knowledgeable folks there !

There was only 2 people that worked there. They couldn't get to everyone but they did the best they could. Jasmin was great, friendly and if she didn't know the answer the other guy did. They worked good together and they were both great! The only reason I gave 4 stars is because they didn't have enough help.

Angela was very friendly. Went the extra mile to check in the back to see if they had the correct screen protector for my phone. When they didn't have it in stock, she recommended an upgrade that was available right now (which I needed right now). She put the liquid glass on. Y phone and I was in and out in 15 minutes and my phone was protected again.
