We rent a 15foot long truck and we had an amazing experience at this location.Arlene is the Property manager and she is very sweet. Took care of me and made it very smooth. This location is very clean and they have boxing tools and accessories for extra packaging.

I always feel welcomed at Valley Ranch Self Storage. The staff is consistently sweet, and I want to give special praise to Arlene for her excellent customer service when I had a bit of trouble picking up a U-Haul truck today.
