The low cost shots were not low cost anything and ontop of it the test results were trash. They said negative but she was heartworm positive . Cost me and arm and a leg , waste of time and money .

Was very disappointed today. I brought my mom and dad to buy chickens and forgot my shoes in a car. Nobody from cashier told me anything. Then manager show up, started screaming at me in Spanish, I said that I don’t speak Spanish and I am Texan with good English, then he started threating me that he will call cops. Tractor supply doesn’t have any sign stated that I cannot come barefoot. No signs that I cannot come with dog. Just didn’t have time to argue so we left without purchasing equipment. Because of rude manager we didn’t buy anything that doesn’t know the rules and doesn’t have signs. So disappointed.

Horrible Store! Woman who works there name starts with a B, rudeX10. They racially profile people. If your not hispanic, they could care less about you as a customer. Happens way too often!

Purchased a fill-rite transfer pump online, said they had it in stock online, (not a low dollar item), but apparently they dont have it, 2 hours wasted

Ruby is awesome!! I was frantic trying to find a generator before Hurricane Alberto hit and not only did she advise me but checked the store, other stores, and even stayed on the phone with me to complete my purchase since it was the last one left (All right before her shift ended) Phenomenal individual!!!

Definitely recommend this location the young lady that answered the phone Ruby was extremely helpful with our questions about a generator. She went above and beyond to get us what we needed and was very knowledgeable.

Every item I place an order online from this place ..it’s always canceled due to out of stock. I yet to find something in stock. Oh and if you live in Humble, Texas..both nearby stores do not
deliver to that area. Ridiculous!

I like it, although there are people with very bad character there, a woman who may be an administrator! I was in front of a cage of chicks looking to buy a few and she arrived and without asking permission she opened the door and almost hit me in the face with it, I moved away because I didn't expect that sudden action from her and I felt ashamed because they were coming after me. she two elderly women and they looked at me with pity, the woman did not even turn around to apologize, Hispanics are a large market and those attitudes leave any business in a bad light. I just thought!! Poor dream.

I highly recommend avoiding the Porter location. You will have a lot better experience traveling further north to the Cleveland or Livingston location. Carmen, who seemed to be in charge on 05/06/24, refused to uphold the company's policy and would not exchange my item that was purchased 52 days prior. Normally, the return policy is 30 days, but Neighbor's Club Members have 90 days to return items (I am a Preferred Plus Neighbor).
She seemed unaware of Tractor Supply policies and very rude. She refused to even look at my receipt or the policies posted on the Tractor Supply website. This is the first bad experience I've had at a Tractor Supply. I sincerely hope they get more training at this location so the employees are aware of their own policies and learn better customer service skills.

Absolutely the worst customer service, I needed help getting kill traps for some mouse and rats in my house when I went to a employee that works here she said “if you don’t see it on the shelf we don’t have any more “ it’s her job to check in the storage rooms, or at least check at which store I can find any more , I will not be coming back
