“Yesterday I broke down and had to be towed from Cleveland to Kingwood and the team driver’s Mr. Mike and Mrs. Michelle came to get me and while I was waiting for Mr. Mike to finish loading my truck, Mrs Michelle offered me a cold bottle of water and just tried to help me calm my nerves and Mr Mike was very nice about asking me about directions to my house.
I truly appreciate the care and kindness that they both showed me yesterday. There is no amount of words to express how much I appreciate them.”

“A bit pricey, but well worth it. After all, it's not their fault one's automobile has been towed. Service was excellent and car was secure and they took the time to cover any open windows so interior would be covered. I would not recommend that anyone get towed to a lot, but if it's inevitable, then North Houston Motor inc. is the place you'd like your car to bein a safe place.”

“I highly recommend Tim. He took my call at 4:45pm and I was at his shop in 30 minutes. He dropped his office work and unplugged my sunroof drain immediately. He attempted to repair my sunroof motor, but provided good advice instead. He spent 45 minutes working past his 6pm closing time. He offered no charge, but I gave him a good tip instead. He could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable in my time of need! ??”
