I didn't get no money back this year from this place after giving my tax return forms to them last month I gave them the 1099 forms for when I was doing delivery driver for Walmart spark and roadie and when I also gave them the 1099 form from my social security I didn't get my money back from non of those for the refund and i also gave them the W2 form for when I was working at Coby construction in splendora i made over $600 with them and i didn't get my refund back from this place after submitting the W2 form to them for Coby construction i was supposed to get money back for all of it i got my money back last year for all of it when i was working last year for the tax returns that was submitted for 2022 and i had to give them $100 for them to start doing my taxes and i didn't get my refund back after hearing that i wasn't going to get no refund back this year and they had to do it differently this year for me to do my taxes they were asking me about my expenses oh what and how much did I spend on lunch and dinner and other stuff smh something that they never did before with me the last couple of years after doing my taxes here the last couple of years so why now all of a sudden change it on me for smh

I can not speak highly enough on Mrs. Perez. She is honest and kind and makes doing your taxes a relaxing experience. She walked me through my taxes when I was doing them for the first time and charged me fairly for the amount of time she spent on them. I have now done my taxes with her for around four years and wouldn't dare go elsewhere. You can call her cell anytime and she picks up ready to help you with whatever question you have. Her service and professional qualities are hard to find in this day and age and she goes above and beyond to get me the best refund.

Happy to give Perez Tax Services 5 out of 5 stars! My fiance and I have filed here together for the past 2 years (he and his family have filed here for many more years than that) and both times we have gotten more money back than I ever expected. Blanca knows her stuff! Very professional and yet laid back atmosphere. Baby friendly too. I HIGHLY recommend using Perez Tax Services to file your taxes and more!Edited to add - Once again, Blanca has done an outstanding job. I'd leave another stellar review, but the only option is to edit.So based on 3 years of wonderful service, I have to say..Don't hesitate. Don't walk.. RUN .. to Perez Tax Group to get your taxes done. Forget all the big names out there. They won't do you this good.

This tax place over charges people to file their taxes here. My friend filed her taxes here and for being a first time customer she got charged $150 less than what I paid. I called Blanca back and asked her why wasn’t I charged the $200 fee as a “new customer?” and her excuse was “I had more forms.” *****FACTS a friend of mine and her dad who both filed with Blanca had one form (one W2 each seperate returns) and got charged the same amount as me. Her fees have nothing to do with how many forms you have. I’m starting to put all these lies together. Blanca filed my paper work in 30min 40min at the most and the last 10min where spent talking. When I called back to ask her about her fees she made excuses and gave me the run around and didn’t know what to tell me. If you do come here don’t settle and don’t let anyone over charge you. I’ve never paid as much as I did with Blanca in the past and not everyone charges what she charges. That is a lie. She told me she charges what the average tax person charges and that is a lie. The lady I went to last year and years before that charged half maybe even a little less than half of what I paid with Blanca. This year, I field with Blanca because my friend referred me but after putting the pieces together and talking with my friend and regretted referring me and many others. I’m not sure if Blanca thinks we believe the things she said to cover up lies she told us but after putting everything together I’m not to happy to say I filed here at this place. Hope this review helps new clients.
