I recently obtained a space for my RV and the process was extremely easy. Everything was done online and on the phone with there staff, all I had to do was drive to the unit and park. Very satisfied.

As a long time customer of RecNation with 4 units rented from them please take my advice and avoid them. Don't be fooled by their free ticket giveaways and their nice website. I can get over them jacking up rent constantly as that seems to be the world we live in but their customer service is horrible. All they have is an answering service (even during normal business hours) which cannot handle any issues such as passwords not working and can do nothing other than "let the office know to call you"--and of course the office never does while you're waiting to get into your unit. Then when you do let them know you are vacating they twist the notification requirements on you and require you to give much more than 30 days notice. Specifically, I notified them (their answering service once again) on 6 March I would be vacating in 30 days but because my notice was after the second day of the month they are requiring me to pay for all of April as well. So in effect they required me to give them 55 days notice. Couldn't be more disappointed in my experience with them despite me paying on time every month for years.
Gary, please feel free to get in touch with me as my experience is not what you described. I called 3 times this morning after 8 when I was locked out and got "answering service" each time which took a message for the office. I can share names of each person I spoke with. Regarding this switching to a months notice, that's exactly what I gave you on 6 March and why I'm frustrated you are making me pay until 30 April.

CAUTION!! AVOID!! I have been at this location for years and never had any issues. Under this new management they have created a massive rodent problem!!
Their negligence has caused $20,000 damage to my motorhome and they are refusing to cover any.
My rig is obviously insured, but rodent insurance is unavailable in this area…
No food was stored in the motorhome.
