It was my first time going to a 7/11. I decided to try out the tacos. The Hispanic guy convinced me to get the 2 for 6 meal deal. I had carnitas tacos from the lady cooking and they were really good. I definitely recommend trying this place out.

The system crashed right as I pulled my card out to finish the payment. Had to wait for it to boot back up, only to find out that the system was telling them I hadn't paid for the items yet. I showed them both my bank and 7/11 app both showing that it went through and I got the points for it. Was asked to buy them AGAIN and I just walked out

Slow pumps. Quick Google says that the fuel filter needs to be changed. Why wouldn't a gas station monitor this, idk

I love this store!! I visit daily and always feel welcomed as soon as I walk In the door!! Food is always fresh and the service is outstanding!! Y'all Go see Mrs. Sherri Couch she is my favorite!!

Airam presented outstanding customer service as he rang up my order. Everything I needed or whatever I needed to buy felt even more special because I met him at the register. This whole experience is at the 23845 F.M. 1314 Porter, TX 77365 and I like going here now due to Airam. Keep up the good work. This is for a 7-Eleven review.

Don't come here! Its overpriced, staff doesn't even really acknowledge customers just talks on his Bluetooth, and hardly any pumps work.

This is the most raggedy Stripes I’ve seen. Half the pumps don’t work, the other half are incredibly slow. Sometime the lights under the awning at the fuel pumps work. Sometimes you pump gas in the dark. If they’d invest a little bit back into their place it could be nice

Where are the managers? Who is running this place? Most employees in the kitchen are extremely slow and don’t seem to care the lines are 8-10 people long.I’m no retail or restaurant expert but this place is the worst logistics of any place I’ve been. Incredibly long lines for both, food and checkout. Their system is completely broken, employees are doing other things while the line is 10+ people long waiting on food that is already made.More than once I’ve gone in for breakfast and total time has exceeded 30 minutes from waiting in line to checking out.This review is not from a one time stop, I’m sure people keep coming back because breakfast is good. However service is the slowest from any other place.Please upper management fix this place.

Most of these pumps are out of service the buttons on the screen don’t work very dirty trash everywhere restrooms Must get clean once a month Lines for the service are horribleI try to avoid this place but sometimes I have to stop and get fuelThey used to be an awesome place I blame poor management you get what you paid for

When to add money to my cash app card and I’ve done it several times in this location and this gentleman was rude as can be and say we don’t do it here and I’ve tried to explain to him they do it here cause I’ve done it before all he need to do was scan the barcode add them out into the system and follow it but he was rude and said we never do this, ma’am, and you need to leave. This is one of the places that I’ve always added money to my cash app card. no need to hire workers that know what he’s doing and this is supposed to be an assistant manager over the store that he does not even know how to do things you really need to hire people that is friendly and then knows his damn job.

I come to this place once or twice a week. I have to stop by for tacos for my coworkers.
For this reason I always buy around 10 tacos or more.
Every time I've been there, I don't like that they don't have organization, and on previous occasions I've had differences with the blonde-haired Hispanic woman. I have seen her that when I arrive, she rolls her eyes and serves me reluctantly.
but today was worst. They had a young American man at the cash register, and he seemed high, he was no concéntrate, with dreamy eyes and terrible service. He was very rude and acted as if nothing mattered to him. I asked him his name, because he didn't have a name tag. He said Jack, but I guess he lied.
I am very upset by the terrible customer service that exists now. They no longer respect any type of customer
