I’ve never walked out where I wasn’t happy about my haircut! The stylist are always friendly and they always know what I want before I sit down in the chair. It’s in the computer. lol! Will never go anywhere else!

I have been coming here since it opened. Ally kids got their hair cut here and I still do love this place. Staff remembers you they take notes on your specifics it's great.

I tried many different places for a hair cut, different stylist and had not found one. Here, I like that I can check in and know I won't be waiting for hours. It also helps that I can see if my favorite stylist is working that day. Brenda cuts my hair just the way I like. Couldn't be happier anywhere else

It started from the moment I walked in, as soon as I checked in Courtney was attentive and outgoing. I didn't have to wait for a team member because she was ready and paying attention.
After getting me checked in she did her due diligence and confirmed the details of the haircut. I was unsure of how to explain what I wanted, but Courtney did an amazing job of helping me decide what to do without making me feel bad for not knowing the proper terms of the haircut. She was very patient and knowledgeable.
During the haircut Courtney was very easy to talk to and asked open-ended questions allowing the conversation to happen naturally and not feel forced or awkward. She shared how she has been cutting hair for 10 years and been at the Northpark Sports Clips for 8 1/2 years, which made me feel even more confident in her abilities. It's obvious that she has a talent and passion for cutting and styling hair.
Courtney was extremely transparent with pricing for the Super Shaver to ensure there would be no surprises. She also offered the additional services of the MVP but did so in a way that wasn't pushy but rather left it up to the customer.
Courtney truly did an amazing job and the next time I come back to Houston I will make sure to request her. I am extremely pleased with the quality of my haircut. Amazing haircut! Amazing experience!

Olga did a fantastic job on my son‘s hair. I sent him in with his older sisters for back to school haircut and she knocked it out of the park. He hasn’t liked his hair cuts for years and this is the first time I seen him smile and actually like it.
