Went to the salon to treat myself to new nails. Penny was wonderful and did a great job on my nails. Salon was clean and had a good selection.

A lady name penny did my nails , she had a horrible attitude. she was pushing my fingers away. She was very short with me, not pleasant at all. She lied about the price being $38 - when the sign said $30 acrylic full set . I got very short nails to only pay the $30 for a full set . she still charged me $5 for length stating that these are considered long nails . I noticed that she was very kind & patient with the white & Hispanic women. I assume she doesn't like black people lying to charge more to black people. I will not be going back for nail service . I don't think any people of color / "black people" should support them.

Most of the staff is great. I came early morning on a Friday. Everything was going fine until the lady pictured remarked I didn't need eyebrow tinting because I was too dark. As someone who's received and loved the service before I found that statement extremely rude and ignorant. I was already done with my pedicure & manicure but declined anything else. Porter doesn't really have quality nail salons. Another one bites the dust!

Kim has been my nail tech for over 10 years. She recently closed her salon and is now working at Riverwalk. I went in today for a brow waxing and was very impressed with the salon. I will be back soon for my nails.

VERY poor customer service. Waited over an hour and a half just to get my pedicure. Told me to sit and that was it. I kept waiting and waiting. Finally, after an hour, I asked how much longer. The response was “after that lady”. Wasn’t nice about it either. I received a gift certificate for Mother’s Day, so I had to stay and use it, otherwise I would’ve left. Definitely VERY disappointed. DO NOT COME HERE if you don’t want to wait a ridiculous amount of time and to be treated like your business does not matter.Service: Pedicure

I got my nails done for my anniversary on Wednesday and Thursday I noticed on different nails that the sides were coming up so I called them and they said to come in and they will fix. So I go there and the lady old me it's my cuticles and I told her no it is the acrylic coming up so I can feel the difference. I mean don't get me wrong I love my nails. But having to go back and the customer service she was rude with an attitude. Ok will not go back at all

I’ve used this place for many years and never had an issue until now! I send my mom to get her nails done as a gift and they first of all left the original bright neon yellow color she had on and place the new color BLUE on top. I called and told them that it’s a poor job done and sent my mom back and they said it’s normal for them to look like that! How is that okay?! So disappointed in the service they provided!Service: Dip powder

Omg. Be careful here. I brought my daughter for her birthday & they ignored her. They asked if I wanted my nails done and initially I said no but said okay just for a manicure. They asked to start my nails first and I was reluctant but said okay. They did my nails & then ignored my daughter. Another adult came in & she skipped my daughter to do another adults nails. So we left after I paid for mine.

I walked in yesterday and asked if they accepted walk ins. I was told yes. They asked me to sign in. Then I sat and waited. Another 3 customers came in ( I guess they had appointments) . They received service. I was then asked to sit at a station and pick out a color and told it would be a few minutes. I waited some more. A technician finished up with a customer and came and checked to see what service I was wanting. She then informed me it would be a few more minutes. She then proceeded to start on a pedicure on one of the customers that came in after me. I was there a total of 41 minutes. Very poor customer service. If they didn't have time I would have preferred that they told me that when I walked in the door.
