Went there to get my oil changed tires rotated and balanced and checked then do inspection. Sat there for almost two hours no one said anything came out told me my tire had a bubble failed it and sent me on my way. They wouldn't of known about the tire if I hadn't of had do that work...the bubble was on the inside of the tire....then forced me to drive on it.... Dishonest and a huge time waste for something relatively small. Not like they saw that before the inspection and could of sold me a tire instead waisted my time.....on top of that 220!$ for an oil change check tires and inspection....which is a huge rip off

Completed my DMV inspection promptly. If you're going to pay cash you might want to bring SMALL bills. They don't have much change on hand.
They say they're open until 7 during the week and 5 on Saturdays but if you arrive in the last 2 hours expect to be turned away ( other than a quick safety issue).

8/10/24 - As you can agree, during the summer months there is nothing worse than a hot vehicle (aside from a broken one). Due to an A/C compressor that was failing, I found myself in this position. Upon reaching out to Mr. Tyrone Perry, he rapidly mobilized to assist me in resolving this problem. He not only insured that my A/C received the highest level of treatment, but he also advised me of several other related issues that needed immediate remediation. He truly exemplified customer service.

When I moved into the Kingwood area, I looked for a Ford Service shop and landed here at Quick Lane in Porter. GREAT shop and awesome personnel & techs that will help you out! Mayra Villanueva is really thorough and follows up, making sure all service work was taken care of and your auto is in great health afterwards! I definitely recommend this shop and their service team! Fast & efficient team and their Tech Service & Repairs are the best in the area!

Appreciate the friendly and informative customer service at Quicklane Porter. Jeff took the time to explain our needed AC repairs. He understood the importance of a budget and was willing to work with us to make sure the repairs got done at a price that didn’t break the bank. Took the extra step to keep the old parts out so we could see the damage from years of road wear on our AC unit. Now we’re ready for the summer and thankful for the friendly service that Jeff provided.

When you work in a fish bowl. Where I can sit there and look directly into the shop, it's never a good idea to have 6 techs circles around watch videos on their phone. It's really unprofessional, do that outside of the customers eyes. So I have to pay a premium to cover the cost off all those techs, who aren't being very efficient.

Have been a customer of 5 years and recommended 20+ people to this Quicklane. I will never be going here again after today. Sent my fiancee to get her wheel hubs looked at they price gouged her with a $1,300 estimate until I walked in 2 mins later. Then cause a male was there the price was dropped to $700. The staff has to be the biggest batch of crooks I have ever dealt with. Disgusting business practice!

I used to work here, and we didn’t stop taking vehicles until 6:30 or 6:45 unless they were just oil changes and tire rotations. I was denied service for an oil change and tire rotation, it was 6:05. The service at this location has drastically fallen off. I’ve been coming here because it is close to where I live and normally drop off my vehicle but if you have to wait be prepared to wait a long time. Nothing gets done in a timely manner here anymore or when you need it. It doesn’t take that long to do a oil change and tire rotation. I know I use to do it every day.
