“I've been waiting for a package from Canada, and when I checked the tracking number, I discovered it had been mistakenly routed to USPS in Spring, TX. I called USPS on Saturday, they opened a service ticket, telling me I would receive a call within 1-3 business days. To my surprise, just two hours later, I received a voicemail from Jason at USPS Porter Txassuring me that he would request the package to be rerouted. On Monday, I received my package and assumed everything was resolved. Then, on Tuesday, Jason left me a courtesy voicemail to check if I had indeed received the package and to ensure everything was in order. I was pleasantly surprised by the quick and attentive service, especially since I wasn’t expecting any follow-up. It’s rare to find such dedication, and Jason’s professionalism really stood out. Thanks to his efforts, what could have been a frustrating experience turned into a smooth and positive one. Big shoutout to Jason and the USPS Porter Tx team for going the extra mile!”

“I hear a lot of negativity about this location, but I regularly go there and have a good experience. Staff is helpful and friendly. Whether dropping off packages or othe or services seems fine. I recommend making an appointment for a passport to avoid a wait.”

“Kendra was professional and to the point. If you go in with everything in hand and ready to go it will be an easy transaction. We got to our child’s passport appointment early and she let us know we were extremely early but then went ahead and assisted us anyways. She was nice enough to make a copy of something i didn’t have correctly. It’s sad to see that the postal workers at this location are getting so many negative remarks when 1. They have to deal with the public on a daily basis that in its self is difficult and 2. They are over worked and I’m sure underpaid. Especially for this location, this area has truly out grown this tiny post office and I’m sure has put a lot of strain on the workers. This place needs an upgrade and more assistance! The sad thing is the post workers get the worst of it while the city keeps making upgrades in other places that are not top priority.”

“Grateful to Mr. Thorne Hunter for going out of his way to look for our mail that was about to be delivered to our previous address the day I called and held it at the post office for us for over a week without it getting lost. Thank you so much!!”
