I switched to Porter from a national carrier. I’ve received nothing but 5-star service since I switched. The price was slightly more, but I’ve easily made that up with reduced hassles and a far better experience. Deborah handles my commercial insurance policy. Unlike my previous company, Deborah answers every call. And gets me an answer within minutes. I strongly recommend Porter Insurance!

My recent experience with Shae was top notch, but I really considered leaving before that because of a miscommunication with a different employee. My advice is to make sure you and the rep are on the same page before going forward with your business. Ask the rep if they have given you every little detail needed to fully understand ?
