If I could give them zero stars I would. They LOST my daughter’s homecoming dress!!! On top of that they tried giving us someone else’s dress. Thankfully we had a backup dress.

Have been with them multiple times. Unfortunately there is no other way to look up an order other than the name and names get misspelled all the time. I'm certain some things were not picked up due to my significant other going and not mentioning it, forgetting some of the order. Lady was unhelpful when I called. Will be going somewhere else

I took a Vintage Nolan Ryan Jersey to this cleaners to have a stain removed off of the sleeve. The first time I went to pick it up there was black spots all over the front of the jersey. The lady at the desk said she will send it back and get it spot cleaned. 2nd time I went to pick it up it had even more black marks on it. I told the owner I have pictures of the jersey before I dropped it off, and that it only came in with one spot on the sleeve. She said my pictures didn’t matter and that it looked like a smashed bug on it. I said her factory must be dirty then. She said she was going to the factory and will have them clean it again. Finally most of the spots were removed but at this point I would rather take it somewhere else. The owner is extremely rude and not helpful at all. The lady’s that work there are very nice and even told her that the jersey came in with one stain. I will never use this cleaners again and I strongly suggest you go somewhere else with your clothes.

We have been customers for many years mainly due to convenience (near our house) and price. However, I recently decided to find another dry cleaning company because of multiple occasions of one or more of the following;- walking into the office and being accosted with a cigarette smell- dealing with personnel that obviously hate their jobs- My garments not getting back when they say they will- My garments not lasting long after dry cleaning two times- Starching items very stiff (some may like that though)I realize this may be a family owned business, but that should not mean that customer service goes away and you treat customers like “you get what you get”. In fact, it should mean the polar opposite.Services: Special care fabric cleaning
