This place is a joke- they smoke right outside the door and the women in here constantly have an attitude. I dropped off some clothes for my brothers funeral on a Tuesday- funeral was Friday night- the lady in the drive thru said to me"it will be ready tomorrow" no piece of paper or anything she just grabbed my clothes and walked inside I thought perfect I wasn't expecting it until Thursday- I do need to mention that I dropped it off before 1 o'clock. I came back Wednesday and a different lady helped me- she said "I don't know what you think the lady told you yesterday but it won't be ready until Thursday because our truck runs at 1 pm" she was pretty combative and rude but whatever, I am dealing with a loss so no need to get myself worked upCame back Thursday and was told "we don't take card right now" ok that's fine I have cash. "Well your clothes won't be ready until Friday at 5, because you came after the truck left on Tuesday. I told her that she told me it would be ready on Wednesday and she said well I can get your phone number and call you when it's here ( at this point I don't really trust anything these people say and I had an event to get to across town) so I just leftMy husband went up there today and asked for my clothes and the lady said " oh yeah that woman who sped out of my driveway yesterday" 21$ later I could have just bought new pants and honestly I wish I did. I promise as long as I'm in Porter I will advise EVERYONE I talk to not to use your cleaners. They are dishonest, rude and they smoke right outside the door and touch your clothes. Stay away.

They have great hospitality, although they do smoke my clothes never smell like smoke.

A little more cost than other cleaners that I have used but I would pay it again because all our clothes came back as we wanted them too and in the time that they said it would be back. They have a drive through so you don't have to get off of your car.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I dropped my daughters letter jacket off to be cleaned here 10 days ago and I still haven't received it. She has senior pictures tomorrow and now her jacket will be missing. The woman that works there promised me that I would have it before now and now she's back tracking saying there's nothing she can do about it and basically she doesn't care. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES HERE!!!! Plus the inside smells like smoke. It's disgusting. I should have trusted my gut and walked out.

VERY, VERY busy. Clean machines, pricing the same as other places. Parking lot is very small and has HUGE holes throughout .

There is no phone number but the hours are great and the machines are good.
