The meat is so fresh I buy here rather than grocery store. The employees are really helpful and always smiling. I sincerely encourage people to buy their chicken beef pork that's all beef pork and chicken here because so fresh so good and you don't have to buy packaged amounts you can enen get less than a pound. Please try this place out

H Mart is probably the best Korean/Asian grocery store in Houston. They have a huge selection of any kind of Asian ingredient you might need. Thousands of condiments, starches, noodles, rice, vegetables and snacks. But the real gem at H Mart is the seafood section. It's by far the best and cleanest seafood selection of any Asian grocery store I've ever been to. And, I wouldn't be surprised if it was THE best in Houston. If you love seafood, you really need to check it out. H Mart also has a selection of vendors serving prepared food I didn't have an opportunity to try. Looking forward to my next visit!

Grocery / Food court If your an Asian fanatic then this place is great because you can buy all your yummy Asian groceries here plus stop and have lunch or dinner. Their food court has lots of variety of Korean foods and pastries. Don't expect high end food, it's a food court, so basically Korean fast food. But I've been shopping and eating here for over 10+ years and am still a fan. The parking lot can be nuts at peek times shop have patience. The food court and grocery store can be just as bad at peek times but nothing to be scared of.

H Mart is a hidden gem that i never knew i needed. The fact that they have 6 or 7 eateries in their version of a food court inside the grocery store is amazing. The fried chicken spot is one of the best I've had from a grocery store. The ramen spot was soo good and the pork dumplings from the Chinese spot was soo bomb!! I will definitely be putting this in my lunch rotation from here on out!

Loved this place. I wish I would spent more money and time here! I got some great snacks that I loved. And I tried korean pancakes. They were delicious. I wish I lived near one. So I could go often. :(

GOD I LOVE THIS GROCERY STORE! BEST & MOST VARIED produce dept w/MANY hard to find fruits & veggies (jackfruit, durian, alway @ least 10 dif kinda of FRESH mushrooms, & WAY MORE!) & far better prices for everything, often than even HEB! THEN there's also the EXTREMELY well stocked wonderfully over-sized SEAFOOD DEPT, for this NOT GIGANTIC (á là i10 HEB & new Heights one) grocery! & O...M...G!!! YUMMMMM! PLENTY of ULTRA FRESH specially cared for for eating raw, as in sushi & sashimi, along w/MANYYYY other types of fresh fish for cooking! great store for already prepared kimchi! it's a Korean grocery, but they carry most everything u'd need for preparing MY 2 FAVE kinds of meals: Japanese & Vietnamese! also they carry hard-to-find ice creams like red bean & quite a few others! i've been shopping here for 10+ years & have yet to be let down by anything i've purchased. ALSO INSIDE: French bakery w/DAILY fresh breads & pastries & more (WARNING: the good 1's run out early...& they're ALL GOOD 1's!)! a small but FAB makeup dept carrying the BEST makeup lines & skincare from Korea & sweet, knowledgeable young ladies to help you! + SAMPLES w/every purchase! NOTE: makeup shop does not accept Amex, tho the bakery & HMart, themselves, DO. the inside perimeter of HMart is lined w/small, individually owned restaurants w/some community tables if u wish to eat IN, & the food smells (& tastes!) SO DEEEELISH, my belly starts growling all the way in the parking lot where i get the 1st whiffs of freshly prepared, mostly Korean, foods from those small restaurants! SERIOUSLY YUMMMM! NOTE: BE SURE TO SIGN UP FOR UR HMART frequent customer card so u can get credit for every dollar u spend, bringing u future discounts! ‼PLUS, i've always found ALL THE EMPLOYEES to knowledgeable & very helpful, so...YOU CANT GO WRONG, IMO! ‼check it out ONE TIME...& 99% of ppl will be hooked from that day forwards! & it's a HEALTHY hook to have!!

H Mart is a cool Korean market. They have so many different things that look good and I'm sure they taste delicious as well. The place has multiple restaurants in inside it with plenty of seating. They even sale high end rice cookers and other kitchen items. It's an interesting place to check out.

Hmart is one of my go-to supermarkets. I love that it doesn't have your typical Asian grocery market smell. Their interior is super clean and their produce and meat selection is always fresh and of high quality.

Very happy to find such a great Korean grocery store. Everything is excellent, I especially loved the 5 levels of fish cleaning service, but I had to take off a star for the filthy bathrooms. Not good at a good court.

Great selection of asian food, snacks and all. Steak is very affordable so I always go here for seafood and steak. That said...alot of their products are extremely pricey. Well farm (I believe it is called) in sugarland does not have as much variety but much more affordable as well as just going to China town if you dont mind the drive. Good place to stock up on Korean food and other countries. Excellent customer service as well.

I lived in Korea for a couple years and shopping here is like coming home! Kind staff, great selection and reasonable prices! I just wish I didn't have to drive on I10 to get there.. Houston traffic is another story for a different review.. but for real... there are lots of crazy drivers out there!

Woa I love this Hmart so much! It's super Hmart so it has almost everything in a big store! I love that they have so many options for frozen seafood. They sell a variety of products from food, seafood to cosmetics, housewares. Such a nice place for Asian like meeeee

The primary intent for this review is to try & convince the chain to open up a location on the North side of town!!! I live in The Woodlands, so this place is quite far, and it would be amazing to have an H Mart closer... I would be going on the time! There is a lot of variety as far as Asian groceries are offered (exotic produce, fresh seafood, butchered meat, frozen foods & snacks), but the food court with authentic Chinese, Vietnamese & Korean food is a really cool bonus! Hope to see them expand!!!

I love H-Mart! I always enjoy shopping here, and they have great Asian produce and options. I love to come on Saturdays when they have their samples out of things like the seaweed salad and kimichi. It's a really great place to get kimchi. They also have a wide selection of ramen options, which is a great choice to cook at home as a stir fry with a variety of different vegetables. I don't care for MSG, and they offer options without MSG. They also have an amazing seafood section! There is a vast assortment of fish and shrimp as well as other seafood options. They also sell sushi grade fish that you can use for your own sushi if you want to make it at home. Their meat in general is great, and my husband and I enjoy their premarinated options. They also have a variety of fresh produce. I personally love their mushroom selection. We often use a variety of their mushrooms in our ramen stirfrys when we make those. Also notable, and another thing we love about H-Mart: the food court! They have a variety of Korean and Asian shops in there that serve delicious food. I love the Korean stone pot soups and Pho-Ha which just moved in, serves authentic Vietnamese food. The owners are really nice. Tous les jours, the little bakery inside, is also so cute and their pastries and cakes are delicious. I'm so happy h-mart is close to our house! We shop there often and recommend it!!!
