August 2024-
My brothers truck was allegedly stolen from this place overnight and no one will accept responsibility.
They apparently have no insurance or are unwilling to give it to us.
Beware of this place.
Next stop, More social media pressure and lawyer!
Working on getting a news crew out like investigative reporter.
I wonder just how many times this has happened.

I am happy with the service I received at Yes Automotive. They showed eagerness to help from the very beginning.
Jeff Ward, the manager, is excellent in describing what the issue is and how and when the issue will be fixed.
From now on Yes Automotive in Porter is the place where my Lexus will be taking care of.

Don't waste your money.
Very unprofessional.
They were using my truck to go get parts
Full of gas when I left it,half of tank when I got it back.

I took my truck to this location and need work done and they did a lousy job and the people in charge miles and Jeff are lousy so I would never do business with them ever again and will not recommend them to anyone I know so if no one like my post I don't care it's my experience not there's Im glad you responded to my review but I would like to talk to the owner myself to explain everything that happened but I'm assuming the owner won't talk to me but I would appreciate him calling me so if not it's just like I said bad service

I went in to get my car inspected. Service was fast, staff was very friendly, and there was a comfortable waiting area to sit in even though I didn’t have to wait long.
