I have AAA my car left me stranded in a place without a feeder at 10:30 am , AAA Status gave me an estimate at 11:46am then another estimate at 2:19 pm and every time goes later and later North point towing are inrresponsable, this never happend to me with AAA. I called AAA to change towing company. I hope AAA close their contract with this people.

Called triple aaa at 10pm for a lock out they said they were sending Northpoint towing. Driver called to tell us he was 1 hour away . Ok fine... then he called back to tell us he was sending another driver whom was closer.. ok fine... an hour and a half goes by I called triple aaa back. At which time the first driver calls again to tell me he was on the way that hr can't reach the driver and he would be here in 20 mins. 25 mins later he shows up with alcohol on his breath and unlocks our vehicle at about 1:15 ... I wake up now at 3:30am and there's a Northpoint towing truck here and a driver sleeping in his truck not sure why . But im currently waiting on the police to arrive to sort this out as he shouldn't be here the first driver told me he closed our ticket at 1q:45 highly unprofessional as we own a business too and this is not something anyone should do and we do not recommendthis comla y

Had to get towed about 50 miles. Service was great! Brice was super friendly, quick to respond and knew his stuff. I never have a good experience with a tow. Today changed that for me completely. 100% would recommend and use again. Thanks Brice!

Called aaa at 10a for an unlock, northpoint towing didn't show til 4p and i was in the middle of work..left very specific details about my location and had to call back multiple times..you've got to be kidding me.

This place goes by North Point Towing and has horribly untrained drivers and poor customer service. My vehicle was damaged by them early in May 2019 and as October 2019 I have finally received coverage information from their insurance company. The owner, after initially telling me he would take care of the minor damage suffered at the hand of his poorly trained tow truck driver, then stop communicating with me. Luckily this was done through AAA roadside service and they assisted me to finally resolve this issue. I do not think this company deserves any more business from AAA or anyone else. I would advise anyone reading this, not to use their service.

My Mother and I can NOT thank them enough, after breaking down across town from home. From the impressive timeliness of the driver and his helper, professionalism and pricing, to listening to my Mother's wishes and parking the car at the drop point in the EXACT place my Mother requested, since we were across town securing a rental car and weren't able to be there. The wonderful lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and calmed my Mother down when she was worried the rental car company would arrive before they would. We will DEFINITELY be calling them in the future if the need should arise and will recommend them to any and everyone.

This place has ran over dogs that have come from our shop, and hit a co-workers car and drove off! The drivers that store the trucks drive through parking like it is a access road!! They also have an illegal posting in the parking lot, so if you get towed here, you're good. Be careful parking in the parking lot!!

I don't recall her name but the lady at the office was super sweet and helpful. It was an unfortunate situation, but she was very pleasant.
