Along the Greenbelt path you will find a light brown gingerbread colored hut with a bright apple red door. There you will be welcomed by a warm hearted stylist. A jolly proactive member of the Kingwood community named Arcelli. A godmother with magical scissor wands. One who treats her clients hair like her personal prized garden. Trimming the unwanted weeds while adding extensions to receding areas. A stylus magic capable of coloring one's hair while highlighting their spirits. The MillsBranch name is much like a windmill. The salon and spa aspect is only one branch of the mobile business. At Arcelli's place no visitor is given the silent treatment. Instead she provides hair treatments that include lively laughter and vibrant energy. The key ingredients for her clients outer appearance as well as their overall outlook on life.
