I had an approval for a warranty return from a mattress I purchased at another location. Fortunately I called another and spoke with Darla Bullock who works in the kingwood location. Even though this wasn’t a new sale she was extremely helpful and provided the same courtesy as if it was. She was able to find me a replacement high quality and budget friendly for my needs. She provided the best service in all my dealings with mattress firm. Excellent customer service!!!

I am having trouble with my Google sign in, so I sent this directly to Mattress Firm site- . I wanted to let you know that Darla Bullock is a very caring, knowkedgeable and awesome sales lady. Her customer service goes above and beyond. I have continuous lower back issues and just had surgery. Darla was very patient and worked with us to find the right mattress for a great night's sleep. Went in to just look at mattresses to figure out what type of bed my husband and I would like, but we left with a new bed. Robert Wolf was amazing in helping us decide what bed would work best for both of us. He got us an amazing deal after discussing our budget. I left with one of the top brand beds that I never thought I would be able to afford or have but Robert made it happen and we can’t thank him enough!
