Matt is the worst I have ever known about returning a phone call. Takes 2 weeks of leaving messages then finally he answered after calling on a different number he doesn't recognize. Has screwed up my taxes the last 3 years in a row. I do not recommend. Beware he will make errors then not take responsibility for them. Blame them in his computer program ?. Then say yeah I'll send the corrections right over....waited 2 more days to get the email. I just have 1 question Matt. Is what we sent in an amendment or a correction so I can see if the IRS has received the corrections you made to the errors your computer program made? Maybe you can answer me here because I've left 2 messages 1 last Thursday and 2 days ago. I also told you I would be leaving a review like this if I didn't hear back from you. I know you have my number so a call would be great ?. I'd like to know where the other 1/2 of my return is.

Matt is fantastic to work with! He’s very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. We will never go back to doing our own taxes again!

By giving an actual copy of your tax preparation. By telling you upfront they charge over $600 for married filing jointly. They could improve by not lying about the filing amount. They could improve by giving you an option to pay out of pocket, instead of making you pay through your state taxes which they don’t have permission to cash, never telling you when your state check arrives, after repeated calls. By getting our taxes figured right the first time. This is the third time the IRS has sent our taxes back so now he seems to work out of his home and won't answer his phone.

What a relief to have found someone with knowledge & skill.... I'm elated to have been referred to them. I went in and spoke with Reagan for 2 hours and the weight just lifted off!
