Telling me after waiting for prescription for my sister “We are not in contract with your insurance”, then why didn’t you call me prior filling my prescription and having me wait to notify me that you’re a rip off business who don’t care about people’s health?

Worst pharmacist ever tried to avoid me from filling my prescription told me it would take too long. There’s nothing she can do about it would not tell me real prices of prescription. Told me to call the discount card and figure it out myself so rude. I’ve never been so disappointed in my life. I’m trying to get medicine and this lady is just trying to go home. It was the fat lady with red hair, horrible service, she should understand that she needs to take care of people like a doctor and not like a piece of meat

i had a voided transaction on my debit card, 5 days later it is still listed as pending, when i contacted Kroger they told me i had to contact their call center, of course i get some person in India or Pakistan that speaks horrible english and after a long drawn out time on the phone he proceeds to tell me i just have to wait till they decide to release the transaction..... from a voided transaction no less...... personally I will never step foot in this establishment again, no location, ever, this treatment to a loyal customer is beyond ridiculous. No matter how much i dislike HEB's layout in their stores, at least they have customer care at their core, I had an issue at HEB once, the store manager fixed it right away and even months later saw me in the store and said hello and asked if i had any further issues, that's customer care, Kroger does not want you there, you are an inconvenience.

Everytime I go to this location I always have to sack my own groceries. There is never anyone at the end to sack, or if they are the leave to do something else. I will no longer give Kroger my money I'll be shopping at HEB from here on out

Extremely rude. I called to ask a question about seeking service outside or inside. Apparently, the pharmacist or pharmacist tech just couldn't understand what I meant because I didn't say "drive-thru." Really? Are drive-thrus not taken place outside? We drive through inside places now? So now that she established she is sooooooo muchhhhhh more intelligent than I am (doubtful), I tried to ask her if it would be easier to park, go inside, to drop off the medicine, or was it easier to just wait outside in my car because it was crowded, but it may have been more crowded inside. Unfortunately, this woman was so taken aback by my outside/inside question that now she was speaking to me like I had an intellectual disability or mental health issues for not knowing that Kroger's had the pharmacy inside as well, which I assumed, that question was leading in to my next question, which I could never get to due to her poor interpersonal and communication skills. Even if I was some unintelligent person that had no idea the word drive-thru and no idea pharmacies were also inside buildings, which I do know, but that hypothetical situation as well does not justify speaking to a customer badly when I was asking her a very simple question. I asked her nicely, kindly, with absolutely no disrespect or rudeness whatsoever, and in return, she decides to say, "Yeaaass... there is a drive-thru, and yeahhhhh... there'ssss... a... pharmacy inside as wellll..." speaking super slowly and long at the end of the words to show me how "dumb" my question was. If my question was really that stupid, then why was she so confused? I get it, pharmacists had to work hard to graduate and get their residency, it's not easy, it takes years, but there's absolutely no amount of book smarts that can teach a very nasty, unkind, and rude human being interpersonal and emotional intelligence. This woman, hands down, is a total b!+(@ and I called her that then hung up on her, so I really do hope she gets some sort of people skills and customer service skills because not everyone is as nice as I am. She's going to end up meeting someone that will just the counter and beat her rude @zz. Smh.

On 1-19-2023, I attempted to purchase an Apple gift card, neither the cashier or her supervisor could get the card to activate. The supervisor insisted that even though my receipt indicated that my credit card was charged, that since it didn't activate the charge would not go through. When I accessed by credit card statement a few days, I discovered that the charge did indeed go through and I went to the Customer Service booth at the store for a refund. Now over 2 weeks later, I still don't have my money back and have filled a complaint with the corporate office. It took the store less than 3 minutes to over charge a customer and more that 2 weeks to get a refund of which I still don't have.....sounds like theft to me.

01/12/23 My bf, sister, and I walked around looking for a wrap for his ankle, hair products and fresh eucalyptus. All three items are in very different parts of the store, which is fine. My main issue was with the fact that security literally walked behind us in every aisle like we wouldn't notice him. (Description of employee) He had long dirty blond hair and was Caucasian. Everywhere we turned, he was right behind us. I'm just confused because we weren't wearing baggy clothes or even wearing backpacks or something suspicious. Like I can only conclude that they were racially profiling us. It was so uncomfortable. Please be better.
