Owner discussed a vacancy with me for the price and size described on the website over the phone. When I arrived the price was $400 more per year than discussed. I brought up his website which clearly states prices and our conversation, to which his answer was to shake my hand and get back into his truck. So that was fun.

Nice, new facility. Owner seems to have a genuine interest in keeping tenants happy and their possessions safe. Only reason only 4 stars is gravel only. They are supposed to pave eventually.
