I went in there today and they had beautiful jewelry,
However, I could not believe how expensive it was. It was easily 3 times more expensive than what I’m used to paying at my local pawn shop.

I went there today and everyone seemed very nice and the Young Lady that helped me just said they were having system issues and not doing Loans. I remember back when they used to hand write tickets and maybe that is something that they could do to show we still know how to offer a service even if the computer isn't working properly. Just a thought and i do appreciate You serving Porter TX.

If I could give it zero stars I would. You don't want to do any business here at all. Go somewhere else. I pawned several items on one ticket. I come back a month later and one of the items I pawned wasn't included on the ticket when the man made the pawn. So they are expecting me to pay full price for only part of my stuff. The people working here are a bunch of incompetent hillbillies with zero education that can't take responsibility for their own mistakes. So this means a percentage of the items they are selling they paid nothing for. Free merchandise. They need to be shut down. Crooks

Every time I go in there I laugh, I find something I want, or they help me out if a jam. I rely on them and they have never let me down. The guitar section especially is pretty top notch. I accidentally went to long without picking up my laptop...I have emailed them with my dilemma, just need to come pay and pick it up. If I am past my 2 month limit I'll pay extra, that's understood. I am willing to bet they let me make it though...I HOPE they do, I've got original songs stored on there!!! Regardless they are the best pawn around, and are funny enough they should have their own show! Thanks Taylor White

I'll be going to the pawn shop at northpark & 494. Staff is much friendlier and they offer more for what you're selling than this one. This review comes from several visits over the years. Indepwndenr act like they could care less for your business. Also, unless it's tools, there is a good chance they don't want, or need it.

Wide variety of good items and extremely helpful staff. I consider this place as my Go-To for 99% of things I'm interested in purchasing. Never Had a problem or bad experience. Highly recommend this one to anyone wanting to get good stuff at a truly bargain.

It took me quite some time to make choices on the products I was looking at and Cody was very patient and would go online and get all of the answers to every question that I asked him. Prices were reasonable and the selection was good. I'll definitely be darkening their door again!

I took a 425.00 gold pink gold with a diamomd Harley Davison ring to pawn and it has a sizer in it to make it fit my finger well that is metal but it comes off the ring is as real as it get and the guy didn't even check it he just stuck a magnet to the ring said it was fake and he knows his stuff he was hoping id say oh it ain't real u can throw it away for me or something I havent talked to the boss yet about this and I had a big ok.329.00 skar sub but cuz it wasn't hooked up he wouldn't tale it all u need is a multi meter to test it he was just being mean

I love going too independent it’s hard not to leave with something everyone is so helpful and Odalid Flores always seems to know exactly what I’m looking for they have a great selection and everyone is always nice and courteous. Check them out when you’re in the area
