From Meri in the garden center helping me with landscaping, chasing down a cart for me to Miss Harris at the gutter stand who made me smile calling herself my ferry godmother to my checkout friend Jodi who handed me one of her own bottled waters because she saw me perspiring too much in the Texas heat!
