I think I’ve found my go-to guy for any issues or repairs on my units! Contacted him in the morning and told me he would pass after all his appts around 6pm, came around that time, found my problem and worked on it till it was fixed until 9pm, didn’t have to but we went above and beyond on a new customer, extremely helpful and fair price.

We are so appreciative of Herberth’s prompt response I called about 8 am this morning and he arrived at 11 am. The unit was repaired and cooling by 12:30

HC Airpro came out to our house the same day that we called, I’m not sure that they can always do that but we had our air conditioning down and our previous provider had canceled on us last week when we knew it needed a service and did not come out after it went down. HC was very professional and thorough fixed the broken air condition and serviced our other unit all for a very fair price. Between the response and the pricing I would say they are a great value And I am saving their phone number in my phone.

I have been using HC AirPro for 3 years now and they have been amazing. They are extremely professional and trustworthy. If your problem is only a loose screw or wire, they will let you know. They seem to be more interested in building long lasting relationships with their customers than trying to cheat you and find a quick way to make a buck of you. I highly recommend this company. Herberth is such a nice, respectful, and professional person. I would give this company more stars if it was possible.

Great service, quick and honest. I had another company try to scam me by saying 2 major components in my A/C were broken. Herberth assessed the situation, found the problem quickly, and had it fixed within 2 hours for a great price. Highly

Herberth was very attentive about listening to my concerns and was so nice and professional. We had 2 other techs/companies come to our home before and during the freezing temperatures that could not repair the issue but HE DID!!!! I definitely recommend him and his company HC Air Pro

Herberth was recommended to me by a neighbor on Nextdoor. He drove right over & gave a free estimate. He was our 3rd quote & the two prior companies said we needed a new furnace. Herberth actually worked on the furnace and said that all we needed was a new blower motor. His service was great & might I add this was Christmas Eve. I contracted with Herberth at HC Air at the recommendation of a neighbor in my subdivision. I called AC Airpro after spotting their vehicle in my neighborhood when my air conditioning thermostat was giving me an error message. Lucky me!
It was insanely hot outside and was becoming even hotter in my home. Not only did the owner (Herberth) pick up quickly but he was able to fit me in within a few hours after I had called.
He let me know when he was on his way to my home and once he got here he was very friendly and professional while also being informative. Like most people I was anxious about the repair time frame as well as the cost. This Texas heat is no joking manner!
Both of which Herberth talked me through and in terms a average person could understand considering this isn’t my area of expertise. He made me feel every comfortable and confident I was going to have my system repaired and most of all that I could afford it.
This is not the first time I have had a issue with a air conditioning system but it was for this unit and I must say, this was by far the best experience anyone could have hoped for in the situation. Going with a larger company I would have easily been stuck with waiting around the hot house for days for a repairman and I don’t put it past having to take a second mortgage out once I got their estimate but this was not the case with AC Airpro. In todays world it’s nice to be able to know where your money is going when it comes to sometime as important as your air conditioner in Texas of all places! Not only was I able to support a small & local business but I will continue to recommend this company to my friends and family. Thank you again Herberth @ AC Airpro!
