Recently donated items and the guy literally threw them to a bin, breaking several. The music is now Hard country so I cut my trip short. *I don’t want to hear about whiskey, guns, and getting drunk as I shop. (Not a nightclub) Several items on the shelves were broken (I guess I know how that happened.) I won’t be back here for a long time, if at all. It has really gone downhill.
They recently had a desk on the floor that was still full of medications, papers, receipts, and other items. Clearly no one bothered to empty the drawers. (Mentioned it to an employee who did nothing, even though I pointed out the medications-plural). Not greeted. Not a good experience. The store is not very clean or nice to be in.
I frequent other Goodwills, and I know they give opportunities to people who may not have other options, but basic standards need to be met.

I find things once in a while. Some of the prices are high. For name brand clothes prices are around 6-12 dollars for adults. The ladies at the register are very nice and friendly.

A lot of very rude employees,usually the cashiers,if they dont want to be bothered to get the stuff from behind the counter why bother putting it there.no need to be so rude about it.i've let it go with older people but with young ones....

i just moved to this location and ive always frequented goodwill since the beginning and ive actually spent alot of money at this goodwill since ive been here nearly 2 months but after today im not sure i will be coming back to this location after the discrimination i received today .. i drive motorcycle and any place if they wish me to spend money i need some way to carry it home so i always have a bac pac and today i was told that because people with bac pacs steal from them that i needed to put my bac pac with items i paid for behind the counter because this company that has merchandise it hasnt paid for doesn't trust me and wants me to trust them with my things i actually bought from places and im ashamed to say i support a company that is that paranoid about there free inventory that they are going to start practicing discrimination to protect there free inventory its ashamed

Very expensive for things that donate up to 30 dollars, it is expensive, there are cheap things but very few and then when you go to pay you decide if you want to donate something ?I do not recommend this store

Super expensive. Saw a queen bed and goodwill is asking $ 400.00 for it... Left it behind because it had too many dents and scratches and it I still would have to sand it and repaint or stain it. I was in need of a table lamp, but the one that I liked was $29.99..??. I don't think so! Goodwill is out of their mind!!!
