This establishment is owned and operated by Family Time Crisis & Counseling Center, and all proceeds go directly to clients of this non-profit, so if you need anything, please buy for a great cause at Family Time Thrift Store!!!

Love seeing the new setup of the store. Everyone was extremely welcoming and the things on the shelf were nice! Love my two new body suits. Can’t wait to go back.

This place used to be clean, and stocked up years ago..I went 2 days ago. Appliances are dirty, still food in it. Nothing organized everything dirty. Nothing is priced and hate asking for prices.Beat up toys. Disorganized. DirtyEverything dusty. This place use to be welcoming, clean. Really nice environment. Now it's just a thrift store with no love in it. Surprised to see 4 stars from other reviews

Store isn't the same since Mrs. Brenda retired. $17 bucks for two toys that are broken and don't even have all the pieces and a small stool, frieken ridiculous.

I used to really enjoy shopping here. I moved 20 miles away so I don't come as frequently as I did before. I like that they have pretty good sales quite regularly. I hate that a lot of the items are not priced and you have to ask for prices. However, they are usually willing to make you a deal and I appreciate that. I'm pretty sure ownership has changed though. The people I encountered today weren't ugly, but they also weren't as friendly as the people from several years ago. All-in-all I still enjoy coming here.

This thrift store is amazing. The staff are always eager and happy to help all the customers. There are some real treasures here, but you just have to search a bit. I noticed new and improved renovations are taking place. The manager is Valeria and she knows her stuff. I only have 1 concern and it's about the way Porter patrons dump there unwanted furniture. Please people don't trash the outside with things that belong at the city dump. If you donate items only do it during business hours, because people tear open the bags at night and litter the parking lot with things they didn't want and some steal your donations. So your donation isn't received by us. All proceeds from donations help the women of Porter and so many other women @ the Humble Women's shelter.

Decently clean location but items were more costly for such used items.

I was in their store today when another customer was angry at a lady next to me. She then turned on me with my 7 year old granddaughter and threatened me with a gun in her purse. She wanted me to go out in the parking lot so she could shoot me. I ask the cashier to call 911. She wouldn’t make the call. So I did. 3 officers came to the scene in 3 cars. I told the lady Sandra that was next to me to wait and speak to the officers, she also works at Family Time. She left the store and the cashier never came around to speak to the officers. They told me the lady’s name was Barbara and that she came in everyday there. This Barbara left Family Time in a white truck. Be aware they will not call for help from the law if you need help. Now I wonder why that was the case? I felt threatened for myself and my granddaughter.
