I've been a customer of Executive Mini Storage for many many years for various equipment. I have always had great communication from the owners each time a major storm comes through the region and exceptional customer service! I've had storage units in various geographic locations prior to finding this one and Executive is hands down the best!

I have used Executive Mini Storage for nearly 5 years now. Absolutely the BEST customer service anyone could ask for.I moved quite a ways from Porter and the communication with the owner during and after major storms was excellent. I always knew my belongings were safe & secured.I would always receive a reminder text when my storage bill was coming due.Great Family Owned & Operated business. Highly recommend.

I was a tenant of Executive Mini Storage for approximately 12 years and I can truly recommend this family owned business as a great asset to the community for storage needs. They have always been extremely helpful and provide customer service that I have not found any where else in comparison. If I ever need storage again Executive Mini Storage will be my place to go. Awesome people!!!
