Friendly staff. Efficient service. Location is high and dry. Reasonable rates. Reliable climate control for the climate controlled units. Convenient 24 hour access, which may be important if you need to get your boat for an early morning fishing trip, or just prefer to move items at night when it's cooler. One drawback of this facility is that the drives are only semi-paved, so you can't use a furniture dolly to move heavy items. A two-wheeled appliance cart should work though. Also, the interior floors are a few inches above the outside level, so you might want to bring a piece of plywood and a couple of bricks to make a ramp. See

Everytime that I have called to pay my son's monthly storage charge, the person that answers the phone has always been exceptionally polite and friendly. I have personally never had any troubles or issues with this business. To the lady or ladies that answer the phone, thank you for being so nice.
