This store had really made a lot of change after the upgrade , the manager running this store has done a very good job always so cleaning so nice and clean around the isles feels good to shop in here .. when she's there she's always greeting people with happiness making you feel so comfortable to be around ..

I love dollar general I come here very often but I miss the old employees at this location, particularly the African American woman that used to work here she was always so helpful and nice and im sorry I never got her name but she was maybe in her early 40s and had long braids. The new employees are meh but I will still continue to shop here especially after the remodel they have so much more stuff and it’s only 5 mins from my house.

No longer supports cash back, cash, or at times maned registers, they want to make this store autonomous ran, with being digital only, have to put it here cause they decide not to tell people till the register .... Thata a form of entrapment via manipulation of situation.Just walk out and go down the road.

The staff has really gone downhill. Was in the a month ago and the lady was sitting at the cashier stand watching TV in her phone, while the store was so packed with stuff to stock, you couldn’t push the cart around. Went back tonight and not one employee ever acknowledged me. There were 2 ladies working and never said a word to me, coming or going. I used the self check out to pay.

I walked in sunday around 8:11 and it smelled like weed big time I grabbed a couple of things so then an employee told me they were closed i guess to be smoking week . Never buying from here again.

I was there yesterday with my baby.. only place I have been in over a month. I am stranded at home, and have called the store over 20 times in 2 days.. NO ANSWER AT ALL.. IF THEY DO ANSWER THEY IMMEDIATELY HANG UP.. I NEED ASSISTANCE AND THEY CANT EVEN MANAGE TO ANSWER A PHONE. AS WELL AS THE SUPER RUDENESS THEY HAVE TOWARDS CUSTOMERS IN GENERAL. NO ONE IS EVER AT THE REGISTER. WHEN SETHING GOES WRONG THEY JUST SAY, I DONT KNOW.. AND ON TOP OF IT, THE STORE IS completely trashed.. you can't even get down the isles... negative stars and horrible management as well as service

It's convenient to go to, but if you're buying a pregnancy test, go to self check out. We bought a couple and one of the employees got on our cases for "having a kid if we didn't have the money for it" and was generally disrespectful. We didn't think he would say anything about it because frankly he shouldn't have. It was completely innapropriate.

The manager was very rude to me about a sales price they advertised was two dollars cheaper than it rang up and she would not honor it. I work in retail and understand these things happen in but that was terrible customer service the way she handled it. I am going to start driving out of my way to go to the dollar store closer to 242
