I was treated well, and have only one negative point: I receive a veteran's discount. I negotiated "buy one, get one" on the certs for 2 tires, and then found that I couldn't have both that and the vet discount. I turned down the certs and took the discount; I'm not sure the policy is in the best interest of Discount Tire.

Any point to having an appointment? Scheduled for 4:30. Got there at 4:20 and waited till 5:05. Couldn’t wait any longer. I guess if you aren’t buying something you aren’t taken care of. Anyone know of someone who rotates tires?

I thought the price of tires included mounting and balancing. Apparently that is no longer the case.

I've been going to this place for years and the service was great. The last 3 times I've gone I made an appointment. When I arrived, they took 15 mins to check me in. Then I had to wait 15-20 mins to even be seen to talk about what service I needed. Their appointment system is a waste of time. You'll be there just as long as someone that just walked in. I'm trying another location from now on

CHARLES HAD MY CAR INSPECTED RIGHT AWAY TO BE ABLE TO TELL ME WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH THE CAR AND BEFORE WE FINISHED TALKING ANOTHER COWORKER ADVISED THAT MY CAR WAS COMPLETED AND READY TO GO - THIS STORE HAS SOME VERY GREAT EMPLOYEES - THEY ARE ALL FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE AND WILL CONTINUE TO USE THIS LOCATION EVEN THOUGH I AM 45 MINS AWAY

JOE MORRISON!! That is the name of the great employee who helped me and my fiancé with our bald tire. We were unable to get the help we needed there but not until Joe tried every last possible option. He went above and beyond and helped me understand a little more about my car. And he helped in such a friendly way that made us feel completely comfortable. Thank you Joe for such a pleasant customer experience

Waited over 2 hrs today. I scheduled an appointment at 2 pm online. My car was finally brought in until 4 pm, waiste of time. This location can't keep up with the workload. Just go somewhere else.
