We have had the worst experience with this pharmacy for years but my insurance requires me to use CVS. I am having trouble right now getting a prescription for my toddler with asthma. A prescription she has taken for over a year now. They hung up on my doctors office 3 separate times after they waited on hold for forever. They hung up on me after being on hold too. So day 3 without her inhaler even though the doctor has done everything in their power and its not even a new medication. Not to mention the insanely long lines and super slow service. If you can, pick a different pharmacy.

Expect to wait in line for your prescription for at minimum 30-45 minutes. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I will be switching next prescription, so hey that frees up a space for the next next person in line to wait 40 minutes!

Pharmacy workers always have a poor attitude and are very disrespectful. The lines are always extremely long. The techs never use anything in the chute and my change flies everywhere. I never get the full amount of change back. I have never had a more ghetto experience at a CVS pharmacy.

Only the BEST people manage and operate this pharmacy. In all my experience I've never received better more personal treatment. After pharmacy manager, Robert, intervened in my first pharmaceutical issue I told him \\\"You have earned my respect and my business\\\". Just this morning he personally called at breakfast time and told about an error on my wife's prescription. A short call to the doctor got it corrected. When it comes to pharmacy chains this store is the ONLY one that has displayed this commitment and excellence to me.

Very chaotic store. There are no staff attended registers, which creates a situation where the customer works for free, doing the job of an actual employee. Trying to find help when I see 2-3 employees standing nearby and chatting, while ignoring the help button, is infuriating. I'll be going to Walgreens from now on.

I went to Walgreens and waited for 30 mins in the drive thru only to tell me my insurance wasn't covered there and it would cost me $160. I went to CVS... I was 3rd in line and got my prescriptions within 10 mins... and my insurance covered it 100% no copay

I called this place 4 times tonight while my wife was in the store and went back and forth with the doctors office. The doctor sent the prescription 3 times electronically and twice faxed to them and they claimed they never received it. My doctor finally called personally and lo and behold they found it. Only after over a hour and a half. The doctor told them that they needed to apologize to us and nothing! We are going to HEB pharmacy from now on. Last chance CVS!

Really poor customer service. The operations manager Angie refused to return a bag of cat food that I purchased from there. I go to that location all the time and have spent hundreds of dollars at this CVS. They never greet me, or ask me if I need help. They are not friendly. I called corporate and they told me that she could have searched my receipt just by using my phone number. I ended up returning at the Kingwood location with a digital receipt corporate sent to my email. This location sucks!!!! I have 2 incident reports and am waiting to hear back from the area manager. Angie told me to never return to that store. That's fine I can spend my money elsewhere.

This cvs pharmacy is trash! Every time I go to pick up a prescription I am told I have none. After driving home and calling the doctors office they confirm I have prescriptions there. I return to the pharmacy and they mysteriously find my \\\"other\\\" profile that has my name spelled incorrectly. Every time this happens I ask that one of the profiles preferably the one with incorrect spelling be removed. But every time I return its the same issue. And after multiple trips and call they always say the meds are not available and they are not sure when they will be..... Calling the pharmacy to save a trip is just as troublesome. The pharmacist pick up and immediately put you on hold. They don't even let you respond to the question. 9 out of 10 times they come back say hello once and hang up. This has been my routine for the last 6 months. I have asked that my profile be fixed 3 times and then been lied too about the corrections being made. Today is the last straw my family and i will no longer support a place that will not listen and lie to customers on a regular basis. I have never asked for any hand outs or special treatment I just ask they do thier jobs and they fail every time

I'm pregnant. I'm exhausted. I rolled into this store looking like a whole mess five minutes before close desperate for something to eat that wouldn't turn my stomach like apparently everything in my fridge at the moment except pickles. I grab milk and cereal and who wants to pick a fight with me but the automated check out machine. It thinks I placed an extra item in the bagging area. I accidentally scan something twice. And here comes the angel employee named Robyn. They not only helped me finally coerce the machine into ringing up my items properly, they did so with such patience that my husband barely even has for me right now. As I stumbled over my appreciation and my completely unnecessary overexplanation of how pregnant and tired and hungry I am, they just help me pay out and tell me, \\\"Just focus on getting some rest now. Have a good night.\\\" Y'all, that store does not deserve Robyn. I didn't deserve Robyn. This world doesn't deserve Robyn. I hope they get everything they want out of life.
