Would rate lower when in for help just to get my son's phone back on with no issue came in respectfully and kind was met with attitude by the woman at the counter today was even laughed at just trying my best to get the info she needed as I could I was treated very poorly for no reason and if she treated customers like this she clearly doesn't want to work there was getting frustrated but didn't let her attitude tilt me I just wish you didn't have people with such a rude work ethic to be the face of your company

Today, January 3, 2023, I went to Porter Texas cricket, the lady who works there is very despotic, she treats people badly. I asked her if she had any promotions for a new number and she responded badly that there are no promotions here and I told her that Metro had many. promotions and said that there was no subway here and apart from that another man was complaining about a telephone with his insurance, she told him no, the store didn't do that, so I called customer service and I complained, we need help from work. She's very terrible at her job. If she doesn't like serving people, she'd better go make hamburgers at Macdonald's. That's where she'll take away her bitterness. Indian gentlemen. Pakistan owns the cricket stores. Pay a lot of attention to your employees. They do a lot of work.??? ??????

Honestly this is a Terrible location, I go in for a upgrade, spend the money just for them to give me the same exact phone. How many people does this store lie too!Well after talking to costumer care, they said the store was in the wrong and Porter Texas location fails to fix the problem they caused by being lairs! Ugh these people had some nerve. I will be reporting y'all, and spreading the word not to come to this spacific location, this is not the first time Porter cricket has done this, they want sales and absolutely no satisfaction of customers.

Very poor service unsatisfied i went in trying to get a wifi hotspot box but the guy there was not interested in helping me at all or helping me get one guess he wasnt trying to sell. Not coming back again.

Was told at first i was getting free headphones, had us for 3 hours trying to connect phones and got mad at the end when i said about the headphones. Saying that his time spent on us was basically the headphones worth. Dont recommend this place.
