“My first time renting a car from this company and honestly I didn’t read the reviews first because I was in a hurry. Flying in from Vegas to pickup my car was the best experience I’ve had. Even companies I did research on in the past who had great reviews were problematic!! Sometimes we need to allow companies to redeem themselves. Maybe they (had) bad management or maybe they (had) poor customer service. We are all at some point in our lives were granted grace when we made mistakes/ bad decisions. “The reception team is friendly, it was exclusively women and they were very professional. I am French and it was not necessarily practical with my address, or the first bank card that I offered for the reservation. But the person who made my reservation was very patient.”

“We arrived a few hours later than expected, and unfortunately, our Fastbreak car had been given to someone else. To resolve the issue, the staff offered us an EV car, which turned out to be a better option for us in the end. We encountered no problems with charging, as we used Electrify America stations with up to 350kW ultra-fast chargers. In fact, we even decided to drive to Dallas rather than fly, making only one stop in between to recharge, which took about 30 minutes to go from 50% to 100%.”
“To reach the car rental agencies you need to use a bus that connects the airport with the rental offices. The buses are fast and continuous. The people are kind and the AVIS car fleet is very large. Excellent Toyota Camry car.”
“The only reason this place deserves 5 stars is because of RORY who works on the ground level Hertz and Cheryl J. I had lost my wallet with a ton of CC’s and my DL and went there to check if it had been found since it had only been a day. The front desk ladies on 9/6 at hertz (top level) did not take the appropriate time to just go in the back and ask the lost and found person to check which would have taken 1 min. Instead she just told me to file a claim and they’ll get back to me and sent me to try to find the vehicle in a sea of vehicles and check inside the car:/. Luckily my husband saw RORY when we went downstairs and remembered how helpful and KIND he was when he rented the car. We stood in line and RORY not only was helpful went out of his way and kept calling until he found someone to help. Cheryl located my wallet and immediately brought it down and both apologized for how the process was handled. People like RORY and CHERYL J is why we will continue to rent from Hertz they truly take the time and care about the customers that come there.”

“Fist let me tell you it's actually located inside of the Walmart.The lady working there was very friendly and helpfull. She was quick to get me back on the road yet efficient at her job. The car was immaculate and freshly washed. The price was great, much less than enterprise fyi. Great car rental experience. I will use this location for rentals in the future.”
