Avoid! Customer service is poor. They said I would get updates several times a week, nope. I have asked for call backs, didn't get them. I'm going on week 4 of my car being in the shop with them and have no idea when I will get it back. I was originally told 7-10 days.

Glen with Caliber Collision New Caney gave us a superior customer service experience! Our insurance chose them for our repair & we couldn't be any happier. Glen communicated well, always keeping us updated & informing us of the options we had to keep the costs low. He even went above & beyond to deliver our vehicle to our home, stopping to put gas in because it was close to empty. We also loved the convenience of the rental car agency dropping our rental off shortly after we arrived.

I highly recommend this place. They did an amazing job on my car does not even look like it has ever been wrecked and they keep you informed every step of the way as to what is going on with your car. They even got my car done early then expected.

I was involved in a hit and run and the timing couldn’t have been any worse as I was inside the emergency clinic with my sick pet. From the moment the claim was started caliber jumped in and made me feel at ease, when Glenn was made my advisor, that was a God send! He went above and beyond for my happiness, driving back and fourth to my job to make sure everything went smooth for me as possible! I would trust Glenn with all my car needs! Well at the beginning everything seemed to go well, then everything went south. Communi action was horrible, I felt that I was not told the truth through out the rest of the time the car was there. I have a 2014 Armada, as far as I can tell the workmanship is very good, paint blended well and I am satisfied with the repairs. The car was at the facility for a month, we had to rent the car rental for and extended period. Anything I said was not listened to. After we finally got the car back it still was not completed. It still needs to have the li striping done. Would I come back again, definitely not.
