Caliber at Valley Ranch was phenomenal. Every person I had contact with was amazing. There is one person that really stood out though. Terry was my service contact. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He stayed late to make sure he did what he promised to do. There aren’t many employees like Terry. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!

Mr. Glen was phenomenal with great customer experience.I was updated throughout my whole experience. Notified about every detail. At the end he broke down the repairs that were done and showed me all the damaged that was fixed. I will highly recommend coming back and to my friends and family! Absolutely wonderful experience! Extremely professional. The staff kept me up to date throughout the entire process. My vehicle doesn’t have a single scratch on it and was released to me without a single speck of dust on it. Highly recommend!

I recently had my vehicle repaired by caliber collision and the experience was not great. My vehicle was constantly delayed and company representatives had inconsistencies in the status updates. When I received my vehicle it had additional codes on the dashboard and the remote start would not function. Additionally, under the hood a plastic cover was not installed correctly. Finally, the passenger light would not operate. I would not recommend this particular location because of quality issues.

The insurance of the person who hit me forced me to come to this workshop,I had a lot of problems with the repair time telling me that it was ready when it wasn't, the rental car they provided me they charged my bank 3 times because they notified the insurance on a date that it was ready and the insurance ended the payment time for the rental car and they began to charge me and again I had to contact the insurance and it was another problem because the insurance did not answer, when I arrived to check the car that was supposedly ready, it turned out that the work was poorly done and incomplete and so in a hurry they wanted me to take the car and sign that it was ready, so I had to return 3 times and it was the same, I ended up stressing out and telling them to give me the car like that because Otherwise they were going to charge me more for the rental car, which they themselves knew. At the end of the day, I stayed waiting for 5 hours because they didn't finish finishing the issue of a light that didn't work and they told me to wait 10 minutes every hour, which was already They were almost finished, my tire also ended up with a wire on the side, when they removed it they told me that if the tire lost air they would be responsible, which I doubt if that happens because they did not give me any paper that says so. Really very little They are professionals and have very little care when working with your car. In the end I had to return for a part that they needed to put in after a week. I do not recommend this place.

Be sure to ring the bell if you dont see anyone. They did a top notch job on my car and I love it! Like they made me feel very comfortable paying my deductible. The care and concern shown to me helped so much going thru the ordeal of a not at fault accident. (18 wheelers tires blowing out and driving away).

Went in to get a quote today for repair that progressive is ready to write a check for and was told it would be 6 days minimum to get a quote. Absolutely shocking and a deal killer. Someone in management needs a wake up call so here is a star for you.Girl at counter was very nice.
