Error in reservation, only got 3 digits of license number and license got flagged, Called corporate, they fixed it, manager said they're independently owned and refused to even try it again or work with corporate, Go to another budget location instead, better yet go through enterprise and don't spend your money at budget. This manager shouldn't be in customer service if refusing to work with the corporation she works for.

Rude untrustworthy manager, called repeatedly with no answer finally got an answer and asked if i could use a debit card, and they seemed nice at first and said yes over the phone, walked all the way there was waiting with nobody in there for a good 15 minutes just to be told they wouldn't rent me a car with my debit card.

The ladies at this agency are amazing! I was in need of a van fast due to my mistake with another agency. They found exactly what I needed. They were friendly, professional and so very helpful. I will use Budget in Porter WM from now on. Thank you!

They did not tell me everything on the phone so I got up there and my ride left and I was told I did get approved for it so I had to call for a ride they should have told me on the phone so I could have told them no my credit was not good enough

[ZERO STARTS!!!]. DO NOT USE! AVOID BUDGET!!! Thieves!!!! They will Rob you and charge you with False claims! Rented a vehicle from them in May, they wanted more for the insurance per day than what they vehicle was, turned it down. So they decide to hit us with False damages and a repair bill months later! Vehicle was turned in to the location in Perfect conditions, now they are saying it was vandalized and had stolen parts! Really???? And they of course automatically charge my credit card for these damages! (Not making this up, I would have reported it to my insurance if we really did mess up the car and pay the small deductible not this made up amount they are charging) but I know for a fact our vehicle was in PERFECT condition when turned in. This is not the first time they do it to some one but I will take this up higher and if they don’t make it right I’ll make sure they shut them down!

Well, husband rented a car last night, pre paid, and expected to be able to pick it up this morning at 9am when this location is supposed to open. Here we sit at 9:35 am with no one here to open the location and rent the car he paid for. The Walmart associates said they're usually more than an hour late all the time. There's no way to call anyone and even at the Budget 800 number they don't seem to know how to contact the person who runs this location inside this walmart. My husband rents cars all week, every week, for his job and this is absolutely ridiculous and extremely unprofessional. He had people on a jobsite getting paid to wait for him as he waits for budget to decide to come to work. Ridiculous.

We reserved a mini van to pick up around 8am on a weekday, but were called early that morning notifying us they didn't have a mini van or an optional vehicle there and had to have one transferred. It was an upgrade, which was okay but not as good on gas. But it wasn't there until 11am. Since the pickup time was different we wanted to change the drop-off time, which he failed to do on the contract, which was overlooked. *Don't settle for verbal confirmations; make sure the contract says what is agreed on.* Overall it was the kind of basic service you can expect from a car rental franchise.
