“Our first visit to the Trek Kingwood store was to get help with our previous Trek bike. We were instantly greeted by a staff that were willing to answer many questions, very knowledgeable of all the products but yet willing to give room for just looking. Although our previous bike was unable to be repaired because the part was no longer available, we cannot speak highly enough for the entire staff. We have since purchased 4 bikes from them. Never once did they try to sell us a higher priced bike if they thought our needs would be met by a lower priced one. We have made many trips to the store for adjustments, accessories and just questions. Every time we go in we are treated with as much importance as we were given on that first visit. The manager Craig has made sure customer satisfaction is the highest priority and this is reflected in the staff. We boast about the store to our friends and to anyone else that might be in need of a bike store. A special thanks to the Kingwood Trek Staff!
