My partner and I came in with an appointment to open a joint checking account with a low expectation due to reading the online reviews. However, our banker, Alexandrea, was very friendly and made sure we got our accounts opened properly and went out of her way to contact support to ensure we got our online access set up. It was a very pleasant experience overall and the customer service was top notch.

The entire transition from BBVA to PNC was a cluster. Had to reestablish direct deposits and auto draft payments. Much to dislike.

Love this location! Banker Stacie came through for me with a safety deposit box rekeying when I was in a time crunch & about to leave town. And Branch Manager Jennyfer helped me, my Mom & my sister with multiple issues in 1 sitting and was very generous with both her time & knowledge.

I agree with so many people in here. Horrible customer service and LAZY staff. I was trying to get only $20 without my ID to grab something to eat, and they said they couldn’t do it without the manager been there. Apparently they didn’t have any supervisor that could do an exception. I was willing to answer any security question to identify my self as the owner in the account. They said no, and one of them was trying to school me on how I’m suppose to have my wallet all the time. As if I left my wallet at home on purpose. I left right after that because I was upset and I didn’t want to be rude, but that one lady was really disrespectful on her sarcastic way she was talking to me. I end up getting money from the atm using the app, an option that on one inside the bank told me I had. They were just straight up lazy and didn’t want to help or try to help at all.

Walked in to open a checking account and was denied services.. the lady never left out her office the clerk went to tell her a customer was here to open an account and she came back and said I should receive a letter in the mail why I was denied opening a checking account..I ask her why would I be denied her only reason was if recent opened up a new loan..the bank was empty and the staff is so lazy.

I have banked at this location since 1986 when it was First National. It was always a great place to bank and the enters PNC. I have tried for a month to get them to help unlink my husband from my accounts that he is not a signer on and link me to an estate account that I cannot access. I have used Entergy for 37 years and this month I got my first ever disconnect notice! Why? Because PNC canceled the payment and I had no way to send another until I went in the bank to get a temporary check! And then they said they can only give me 3 checks, but I needed 5 for just the checks they cancelled. Also, my husband now knows how much savings I had because his checking account is linked to mine that he is not a signer on. We were on hold for NINE hours trying to get a live person, set 3 appointments and cannot find anyone to help us. I need to move our accounts, but can't find any bank with good reviews. Do not use PNC!

I went to this bank on a Friday afternoon to cash a check from my employer. There were only 2 bank tellers inside available to help out the customers and one of the two was dividing her time between helping out the line customers and helping out to he drive through customers. I spent close to 25 minutes in line waiting and saw about 7 more customers in line behind me.Worst part was that since I wasn't a customer of theirs they charged me 2% to cash the check. When I asked if I could open an account with them in order to avoid the 2% fee, the teller told me that I would have to make an appointment first and the person who could help me wasn't available.I gave a 1 start rating because of the lack of support staff (especially on a Friday, one of the busiest days of the week) and a lack of options for opening a bank account with them. I also heard them say they don't open on Saturday's. Not want you want to hear from a bank.
