  First time I've ever been to this bank..I told them that I had a handicap man in my car and they came out the car to help him out

  Online banking is only open Mon-Saturday. I sure hope the Porter & Kingwood Branch remembers me. After-all, the Porter Branch called the ambulance when they thought I was super sick. But the Porter Branch also, refuses to let me open another account, change my address, etc all in one day because I was not “PRE-GRIEVING”.
