Undersized my AC unit in Taylor Morrison built Tomball. House was 82 degrees inside for almost 3 months they didn’t care. They don’t understand balancing the AC in a house. Half of the house still doesn’t have AC flow. I am still under warranty and nothing has been fixed! I was told I can not put the AC lower than 75 because they are not meant to run that way that it will stop working so why install something that doesn’t work for the house.

This company installed my system via my builder. 2 years later the system was not running effectively and their tech could not diagnose the issue (Because they didn't want to cover the cost from poor installation). A different company quickly and effectively fixed the installation issue. Strongly do not recommend.

Still waiting on a technician since Friday. It's been 5 days now still no tech and dispatch just seems to give people the runaround. Missed a day of work waiting for tech Monday for him not to show even spoke with dispatch and was told they'd be by 830 at night just waiting for them to never call or show. This is the 2nd time this company has had very poor communication and not being on time as "scheduled". Would not recommend...

Without question one of the most unprofessional contractors I have ever had an experience with. Installed a brand new system in my house for my builder about 3 years ago. Plenty of problems in the first few years that they had to come and repair. Now experiencing terrible balance issues and when I called to pay for a service visit they chose not to call back for over 24 hours. When I called to follow up they tell me they can't come service the units because it is out of warranty. I explained I was happy to pay and they told me that they have so much warranty work that they cannot handle any additional service calls. Clearly problematic if there is so much warranty work that they can't service anyone else. Would recommend finding someone/anyone else to work on your HVAC needs.
