I can't say enough good things about A&K Mortgage. First let me tell you Kristien and Khyla are phenomenal, from the beginning to the end they answered my questions and made the process so easy I kept thinking something had to be wrong lol. This is my 3rd home I've purchased and with the last 2 (I did not use A&K Mortgage) and the process was stressful, and I didn't feel as if they were working for me and my best interest.The process was of buying a home should not be stressful and they made sure it was not. Just phenomenal is all I can say. Thank you Kristian and A & K Mortgage.

This was my first home purchase, and although there are enough moving parts to stress anyone all the way out; Kristen and Khyla at A&K Mortgage help to alleviate that upon initial contact. They communicated with me the whole way through and were always available to answer any questions I had. Upon talking to them for the first time, I advised that I was expecting my first child and was trying to fast track the process so that we weren't stressed at the last minute with a child coming. Long story short, they never overpromised but definitely over exceeded expectations. The process didn't take long at all and working with them almost made it seem like... I "dreamt" of buying a home a couple months ago....and like magic, I am now a homeowner. Thanks ladies - y'all are MOST DEFINITELY on your game over at A & K Mortgage!

I would recommend A & K Mortgage to anyone that is interested in purchasing a home. Kristen Bradley is by far the most helpful, personable, knowledgeable individual I had the pleasure of working with. Kristen was always available when I had questions during the entire loan application process. If Kristen wasn't available, then Khyla Johnson was equally helpful. I will use the services of A & K Mortgage for all of my future purchases.

I reached out to Kristen at A & K Mortgage September of 2021. She told me exactly what I needed to do as far as getting pre-approve. I did exactly that and by December I was house shopping! At that time I was dealing with a realtor of my choice and no luck with my offer falling through. Kristen reached out to one of her best of the best realtors Deanna Mikel and I was officially under contract the end of January. From that point on Kristen and Khyla worked on my loan and kept me updated on where I stood. I went to closing February 25! I am so thankful for Kristen and her associates at A & K Mortgage for making it all possible and within a month under contract I had my keys in hand. Thank you so much Kristen!!!
