This is the best kept secret on the Texas Coast! The rooms are comfortable, and the staff is wonderful to work with. Each room has an assigned boat slip which makes it super-easy to get on the water without having to pull your boat in and out of the water each day. I can's say enough good things about Clark's.

Amazing place to stay!! Extremely clean with very comfortable and spacious accommodations. Each room has its own private boat slip, private parking and lockable storage room with an outlet to charge your boat batteries. The only way I can see making this place any better would be to have a kitchenette added to each room. Eating places are scarce in POC, so it would be nice to bring your own food and be able to prepare meals in the room. Other than that, this places lacks for nothing that I could see.

Yall...if you have never stayed here you are missing out! We have an absolute blast every time we go. The guests meet and mingle down on the dock at night. Everyone is so super cool and friendly. Rooms are very roomy and clean and each has a balcony. Christy, the owner, is AMAZING and so Accommodating! We can't wait until next time!

Last minute trip to Port O’Connor. I actually finalized my reservation on the way there yesterday, $375 for 2 nights. The fishing guide called about 2 hours later to cancel Sunday fishing due to weather. I called Clark’s to cancel my room reservation. They said they would cancel the reservation but because I didn’t meet their 48 hour cancellation policy they would not refund any money. I called back later to clarify, they relented a little, said if they could rent the room last night they would refund all my money, if not they would charge for one night and refund the other. Clark’s called this morning, they didn’t rent the room so would charge for one night. They refunded $179 and charged $196. The person that called finally said she was a housekeeper and I need to call back tomorrow to discuss with the general manager.

We had a great time at Port O Conner. If you want a quite fishing trip, good during the week.The Inn at Clark's was a perfect place to stay. The beds are amazing with a slip for the boat just down from your room.I never knew how many catfish were in that area, we caught so many we lost count. We did get an opportunity to catch some fish that we've never caught before though.The best part was just God's beautiful blessings surrounding us.. and having my best friend by my side.

Stay was for 3 night for a group of 4 men. Our guide recommend it. Rooms are of good size with 2 queen size beds per room. Fishing was great. We will stay again when we come down in the fall.

The room could have been cleaner. The facilities definitely could have been better. The manager stopped communication after taking my payment info and never gave me a confirmation number or room number or even check-in info. There is no microwave or mini fridge in the handicapped room. The office is not staffed for after hours check in. If you're just using this place as a fish camp it's probably fine. I paid an exorbitant amount of money to vacation in a hotel room that is basically the same quality as a freeway super 8, but advertised as much better. Disappointed is an understatement.

Best fishing experience ever. The hell with any negative reviews. For what you get, it's second to none. Great rooms, fishing was awesome. Lady at check in is EXTREMELY nice very welcoming. We will definitely go back. Fishing guides literally pull up within feet of your vehicle. Thank yall

The mirror in the main area was very dirty. The stool lid was broken or not on properly. There were no hangers in the room.

Super clean rooms and very quiet. The boat situation is perfect for fishing. I don't know of another place like it in Texas.
