Rented a Uhaul trailer here. Great service and help with hookups and anything else. These guys have been in business in Port Neches for over 40 years. Keeping our area great. Fantastic job guys!

Went there to rent a trailer/truck. The young man was super informative about everything from insurance/fuel/cleaning/fees. You name it he was on point. Super helpful with reservation information along with pick up and drop off location. Excellent customer service skills and great attitude all around! Definitely will recommend and use again if needed!

The owner drove out in the ice to open his business so people could get propane. Ran it off of generator power. He then called around and got another load. Anyone that called he notified them he had recieved the propane. Other places were closed. Not for this business many people would not have propane for there RV for heat.

I will drive to Beaumont before I do Buisness with this company. He specifically told me that it had my foot prints in the dust on the floor of the trailer, it wasn't clean enough after I swept it out. So they charged me a $25 fee. Had I known about that fine print, I would have blown it out in 1 minute with my blower. They also charged me $20 for returning on a Sunday. Had I known that I would have made arrangements to return it very easily on Monday. Beware of all of this before you rent from them. I'm a working man with 3 in college. I rented the trailer out of state. The people I rented from didn't mention any of this to me..
