Professional service from start to finish. April was wonderful over the phone and setup everything for me. The installers showed up on time, worked efficiently, and the floor looked great! They left no mess whatsoever and cleaned up everything perfectly. I can’t say enough good things about the installers!!! Would recommend 10/10!

Horrible quality carpet! Mine is wearing in 2 spots called 2 days ago and still haven't received a callback after I was promised one....the awful customer service continues 1 and a half years later. Complete nightmare!!!

Words cannot express our gratitude to Jamie and the team at Summer’s Abbey Flooring Center. Jamie went above and beyond to help make our vision for our new home a reality. She worked with us tirelessly to make options available to us and gave us ideas that I wouldn’t have thought of..all within our budget!!!! She made it happen and it our new floors are beautiful! The installers were professional, timely, and finished within our move in deadline. I would definitely recommend Summer’s Abbey Flooring to anyone considering new flooring.

I cannot wait to recommend Jamie Ingle to all my friends and family … after searching for a match of an older porcelain tile I had in my home… literally looking for over 6 month from Houston to Beaumont area …Jamie was the first person in alllll the places that I went into that was willing to take the time to research for that older tile ?Very great personality and went out of her way to help us ?Can’t find many people like Jamie ???✔️

My husband and I were blown away and very impressed with how informative, nice and knowledgeable Jaime Ingle and April Simmons were when we went to Abbey Flooring. We have decided to order our granite, backsplash tile, floor tile and vinyl plank flooring from them. Their selections of everything we looked at was vast and excellent quality, not to mention the prices were very competitive. Highly recommend Abbey Flooring for all your needs! They have it all!
