The owners are good people. The employees are always polite, helpful, and quick. Once I had a faulty product from the manufacturer and they replaced it no problem.

This place was pretty nice not to busy at all so the customer service was on point. It's a smaller store but they had plenty of everything I was looking for and more staff was polite and very helpful reason for not giving 5 stars is because of ease of access where it's located but other than that great place will definitely visit there again.

I bought an esco bar 5000 and it went bad in less than a week! Several friends had the same problem and they were given new ones. They wouldn't do the same for me. Would not recommend this place.

I use the drive thru window...EZ access ....on inside many cigars n accessories..cold beers n such as well as alternative smoke products.The staff always friendly...n courteous! As they really appreciate your business..
