If I could, I'd leave zero start. I got treated like trash by the employees and when brought up to management I was treated the same way and even flipped off by one of the owners. This place is definitely not community oriented and only out for themselves. I switched to them from Exygon because of a special they were running, but now in hind sight I see that I never had an issue at Exygon customer service and equipment. In my opinion Powerhouse is subpar in equipment and definitely customer service. All employees treat you like trash and laugh in your face! It's sad that a local owned business will treat locals this way...

Love this gym I regularly come when I’m in town visiting but I go to one back home as well and all powerhouses are great that I’ve been too definitely would be my gym of choice if I lived here

May not have all the bells and whistles but it has hospitality. We were welcomed when we arrived and Wes took the time to answer every question while giving us the tour.

DO NOT GO TO THIS GYM. FOR YOUR OWN SANITY DO NOT. Gym is unorganized and cluttered. Gym is messy. Good luck getting on a machine. Good luck finding a machine. Wtf is a bench? They'll also send collections for you if you don't pay their membership.

At the time of registration, I asked a guy named Randy that I was looking for a gym where there is no cancelation fee for your membership, and he said they don't charge you any fee for cancelation. I want to let you know it is a lie; you have to give them 30 days' notice and proof of relocating to avoid a cancelation fee. Just don't fall into his trap. Oh, he also hangs up on you if you try to explain it to him over the phone!

The person who was responsible for signing you up would never tell about the 100 dollars cancellation fee. So, don’t sign anything without reading it.They are professional but at stealing.

I’ve been going to gyms for over 20 years in the Woodlands, TX area. It was much to my amazement to come to Power House Gym and see the high standards and expensive cardio and weights the gym had for its member. They even have assault treadmills which are sorely lacking in my other gym membership. I think this is top of the line gyms in 150 mile radius. Don’t miss out

Just realizing this isn’t a 24 hour gym like the rest in the franchise. Never would’ve signed up if I realized this location was so special that it didn’t run like all the rest of them. Genuine Jewish business practice from the owner I suppose. Easily reflected in the absolute lack of customer service.

This gym is a scam!!! Will continue to charge even after contract 12 months are done. Calling it month to month what a joke!!! Owner pusssy footed over the whole situation! On a side note every time I went in to do any class, it was never on time, or the instructor just wouldn't show up! Don't recommend this gym to anyone!!

Very old, gross, and broken equipment. They Brag about having the most dumbbells in southeast Texas but don’t give you the room or benches to use them on.Bathrooms are on par with highway rest stops.Team members are nice though.CrossFit area is the only plusMembership should come with a tetanus booster shot.

I came to the comment section to see if this gym would be a good select and after reading I decided not to go through with joining this gym EVERYONE who has canceled their membership with these people are saying THE SAME EXACT THING that they're still being charged after they been canceled and in my eyes that's not a small problem.
